Cookie Policy

Template — have counsel review before going live. This document is a structural starting point covering the sections a policy of this kind normally needs. It is not legal advice and it has not been reviewed against the specific regimes Ailoitte Technologies Private Limited operates under.
Short version
This site sets no cookies of its own — not for analytics, not for advertising, not for functionality. It is a static site with no session state, so there is nothing to store to make it work. That is a design decision rather than an oversight.
One page is different, and it is the one that matters most for this policy: /book-a-call embeds a third-party enquiry form, and that form brings Google reCAPTCHA with it. Both can set storage of their own once the form loads. The table below names them.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file a site asks your browser to store, and send back on later requests. Similar technologies do the same job by other means — local storage, session storage, tracking pixels and device fingerprinting. This policy covers all of them, not only cookies, because the distinction matters to your browser and not to your privacy.
The four categories
Cookies are conventionally grouped into four categories. Stating what we use in each is more useful than a general reassurance, so:
Strictly necessary
None. The site is served as static files and needs no cookie or stored value to render, navigate or read any page.
Analytical or performance
None. Analytics is switched off on this site: no analytics script is loaded, and no analytics cookie or identifier is set. We use our hosting provider's aggregate server logs instead, which are described under server logs below.
Functionality
None. There is no theme toggle, no language preference and no saved layout, so there is no preference to remember.
Targeting and advertising
None. We run no retargeting pixels, no conversion tags, no advertising cookies and no embedded social widgets. We do not build an advertising profile of you and we do not share data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Third parties that can set their own
These are the only third-party services this site loads, they load on one page, and the list was compiled by inspecting what the page actually requests rather than from memory:

Neither is loaded anywhere else on the site, and neither loads until you open that page. If you would rather not load either of them, email us instead — the address is on our contact page, and an enquiry sent that way reaches the same people.
Your choices
Because this site sets no cookies of its own, there is nothing here to consent to and no cookie banner to click through — a banner offering you a choice that has no effect is theatre. Your controls are:
- Your browser. Every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies, including blocking third-party cookies entirely. Nothing on this site depends on cookies, so blocking them costs you nothing here.
- Avoid the one page. The two third-party services load only on /book-a-call. Not opening it means neither runs.
- Use email. If you want to reach us without loading a third-party form, write to us directly.
If we ever add analytics or anything in the targeting category, we will add a consent mechanism before it ships, not after.
Server logs
Separately from anything stored in your browser, our hosting provider records standard access logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent — for security and operational purposes. These are not cookies, they are not used to build a profile of you, and they are kept for a short period. See the privacy policy for the detail.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that stores data in your browser, or any third-party service that can, this page changes before it ships and the review date below changes with it.
